I care about your well-being and provide you all the tools you need in order to seize the day and learn how to tackle even the most traumatic circumstances. I have a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health with 10 years of counseling experience. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate and a Licensed Addictions Counselor. I focus on modification of lifestyle behaviors, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, and encouraging self-awareness through motivational interviewing. I incorporate therapeutic modalities that promote personal growth and change by focusing on a wholistic approach that impact mind, body, and soul. I specialize in mood and anxiety related disorders, personal wellness, self-esteem, challenges related to life transitions, and addiction disorders. I provide a safe non-judgmental therapeutic setting that allows clients to learn to utilize their strengths and develop new skills to regain balance and motivation in their lives.
